The name United En Garde was chosen to represent the many owners, players and ideas that lead to the founding of a tournament scene.
Goals are to encourage play, provide training, test one's skills and share in the enjoyment of En Garde. We wanted to support as many En Garde venues as possible and we began with a rotating venue system. This allowed us to not only share in the game but see some of the beautiful sims in SL. From these beginnings a wonderful social network has been built around the game.
The founders give their time freely and provide the largest permanent arenas in world. Founders receive no funding from the game or game sales, we are involved because we enjoy this fun and friendly game.

Valentine Janus One of the original founding members Valentine Janus began providing training and hosting tournaments before the first United En Garde event. Capt Blinker Capt Blinker joined us on the 31/10/2009. A long term SL resident running the beautiful land Santa Clara. Which hosts one of the largest SL En Garde arenas. Also very active in training, encouraging the social aspects and sportmanship. Arena: Santa Clara - Celtic Isle |
